Clinic Coordinator

Wendy received her training from Kilmarnock College, Scotland and graduated with an N.N.E.B. degree in Nursery Nursing Education. Specializing in pediatrics since 1987, she has provided numerous support services to children and their families that include: consultation, classroom facilitation, therapeutic horseback riding, aquatic therapy, individual hand-writing instruction, and academic programming. Wendy has been an integral part of SPS programming to “treat the whole child,” as she has worked with families to ensure that Speech-Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy program goals are addressed in these types of supportive programs in the clinic, at home, and at school.

Wendy is a certified provider for Fast ForWord, The Listening Program, and Memory Matters. She has extensive experience in SPS brain plasticity programs and now shares her expertise with adults via our Memory Matters program.

As SPS Clinic Coordinator, Wendy introduces children and their families, as well as adults, to SPS. She is responsible for obtaining initial case history information and advising clients as to how to proceed with their evaluation and/or therapy programming.
